He is risen! He is risen, indeed!!

"He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay." - Matthew 28:6


I am a day late, but Happy Easter! I hope that you were all able to celebrate our risen Savior on this holy day! Our church, which usually offers three services on Sunday mornings, all came together for one service yesterday. It was nice to be able to celebrate with our entire church family as well as several visitors.

We were not able to be with our extended family on Easter Sunday, but I was able to travel on Thursday night and spend a few days with my parents! We also found out that our family is growing! Congrats to our cousins Chris and Sommer who announced on Easter that they are expecting!

I pray that we continue, even thousands of years later, to spread the good news that Christ is risen indeed! He is alive! What a reason to celebrate!
